At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Thinh - Deputy Director of the local Department of Industry and Trade said that Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP dated March 15, 2020 of the Government on the management and development of industrial clusters has been developed. , issued on the following viewpoints:

Firstly, continue to strengthen effective management of investment in technical infrastructure construction and development of industrial clusters to promote a strong shift in economic and labor structure towards industrialization in rural areas associated with the implementation of economic policy. Manage industrial clusters in the area in the spirit of Resolution No. 04/NQ-CP dated January 10, 2022 of the Government on promoting decentralization and decentralization of power in state management
